In AW 2284, she joined Chaz Ashley and his companions in their mission to defeat the Profound Darkness, and the mission was successful due largely to Demi's contributions to the cause. After the victory, Demi, along with her master Wren, traveled to Zelan and aided in the work to improve the lives of all Algoians. Demi, although possessing a brilliant and highly analytical mind, is nonetheless the warm heart in answer to Wren's cold intellect. She cares about the people of Algo not only because it is her programming to do so, but because she is by her very nature an extremely compassionate and empathic creature.
